No Refunds
Payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and there are no credits for partially used periods. Following a cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to your Strength In Om membership through the end of your current billing period.
Cancellations
You may cancel your Strength In Om membership at any time for any reason. After logging in at https://www.strengthinom.com, click My account, select Subscriptions and then Cancel Subscription. Canceling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order.
Following a cancellation, you will lose access to all exclusive content and videos-on-demand at the end of your billing period. If you choose to sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Strength In Om guarantees the customer’s satisfaction. Strength In Om warrants that material produced and delivered by Strength In Om meets Strength In Om’s standard specifications for the material or such other specifications as described on our website and meets generally accepted industry standards.
Strength In Om will replace or repair defective product and/or correct error in shipment or labeling at its own expense or, at Strength In Om option, refund to customer part or all of the purchase paid to Strength In Om, on the condition that a) written notice of such defect or error is received by Strength In Om at its office within fourteen (14) days after shipment by Strength In Om to customer, and b) the defect or error did not result from a defect or error in the materials supplied by or on behalf of the customer. If said notice is not received by Strength In Om within the date indicated above, Strength In Om will be deemed to be released by the customer from any and all liability.
